1963 Sangermani TORTUGA III22m

Tortuga  is a rather an exceptional boat: a 22-metre classic Sangermani ketch designed by Philip Rhodes in 1963, very well maintained, with great pedigree. She has always been owned by the same family. In 2015 she received a thorough  restoration at the Sangermani yard, after another earlier important refit at Cantieri Beconcini in 2001-2002

When the yacht received a thorough restoration on hull and topsides planking, structures and fastening, deck, masts, systems and machinery 

The owner has a full list of all the works and maintenances provided in the recent years .

She is a very comfortable yacht and very pleasant at sea . 

Tortuga has always been sailed privately under the Yacht Club Italiano burgee and , never used for charter. She took place in several classic yacht races in the early 2000 years with good results. Now she is used for the family summer vacations and she is in very good order .

This yacht is extremely comfortable.

The owner's stateroom is truly remarkable: a very large and elegant cabin with its comfortable ensuite bathroom.

There are two guest staterooms, a single and a double with a bathroom, a very comfortable and wide saloon under the deckhouse ,plenty of light , a good size galley with great space for storing . Fo’c sole and crew quarters for two with their bathroom with access from the galley or separate access from deck entrance.
