"I've just sailed her from Bermuda to Stuart and she is an amazing boat and sails very well. She presents well but could benefit from some cosmetic updates, such as the hull needs a good cut and polish, the cockpit table needs revarnishing, a small tear in the cockpit canvas, and some stains on the companion way stairs, however these are just small superficial things. 
2 weeks ago I installed brand new batteries and had a full service done on the Yanmar 54hp engine and Onan Generator. I have receipts for all of this work too. I also had divers in the water to give the hull a good scrape and scrub"
